Hi, I'm Rachel Dick.
I am a registered nurse with almost a decade of hospital experience. It has been extremely meaningful and fulfilling for me to guide my patients through sickness, surgery, and major life events. I have learned to connect with my patients on every level, and with time I have become more and more passionate about addressing all aspects of an individual’s life. After experiencing burnout and moral distress in my own nursing career, I shifted my focus to preventative and lifestyle medicine.
The nursing tradition is based on the idea that true health stems from being an integrated person, at the physical, environmental, spiritual, and emotional level. 80% of chronic illnesses can be prevented through lifestyle changes. Using my own experience and training in breath work, meditation, nutritional balance, stress management, and more, I have managed to find alignment in my own life, and I am excited to help you do the same.
In my spare time you will find me on a chairlift or in downward dog. I am a wife, and a mother to three daughters, who are my greatest teachers.
